Kristen Brooks is entering her fourth season with TCU as Assistant Athletics Trainer, working primarily with the TCU women's soccer program and the men's and women's tennis squads. She serves as the Clinical Coordinator for the Athletic Training Education Program.

The Liberal, Kan. native was the Co-Head Athletic Trainer at Lakeview Centennial High School in Garland for one year prior to joining the TCU staff.

A 1998 graduate of Kansas State, Brooks holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and later earned her Master's in Sports Administration from Southern Miss in 2001. She has received several certifications the last few years, including CSCS (1999), ATC (2000), LAT (2001) and ACI (2003).

As well as working with the soccer team, Brooks is also the head trainer for the men's and women's tennis teams. She served two seasons as the head athletic trainer for the Lady Frog's women's basketball team.

In June of 2005, Brooks was married to Mike Brooks of Poulton-le-Fylde, England. The couple now resides in Fort Worth.
