TCU volleyball associate head coach
Jason Tanaka has been selected as an assistant coach for the USA Select
Girls' A2 program. The program features 50 of the top players in the country
ages 15 and under. This marks the third straight year that Tanaka has served
as a coach for USA Volleyball, working with the USA Youth National A2
program during the summer of 2006 and the USA Select Girls' A1 program in
2007. In addition to his stint with USA Volleyball, Tanaka will take part in
the High Performance Development camp in Austin July 7-11. (Full Story)

The Mountain West Conference honored 57 TCU student-athletes with Scholar-Athlete Awards for the 2007-08 campaign - which was announced on Monday (June 23) afternoon. (Full Story)

Head Coach Prentice Lewis has announced that Kylie Pont has agreed to walk-on to the team this fall. The Omaha, Neb. native will be a freshman on the squad. She joins four other incoming freshman that signed National Letter's of Intent in November. (Full Story)
